We want your ARTESVN lighting to brighten your home as soon as possible. Orders over $129 ship for free, while orders under $129 have a flat $9.99 shipping fee.

Delivery Time
Our standard shipping usually takes 12–16 business days. Each lamp, pendant, wall sconce, or outdoor fixture is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to holidays or customs.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Easily monitor your shipment and know exactly when your new lighting will arrive.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your ARTESVN lighting doesn’t meet your expectations, return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refund Policy
